The Tax Manager will be responsible for providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to our high net-worth individual (HNWI) and business clients. The ideal candidate will have a CPA certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of taxation.
    Position OverviewThe Tax Manager will be an integral part of our tax team. The primary focus of this role is to provide professional tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to our clients.

    The Tax Manager will be responsible for providing quality assurance for the department and ensuring that all tax filings are accurate and on time.

    The Tax Manager will serve as a mentor and leader for the department.

    Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tax research and planning services to clientsReview and prepare tax returns for individuals, pass-through entities, partnerships, S-Corps, and C-Corps (Forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040, etc.)Identify potential risks and opportunities for tax savingsProvide technical guidance and support to other members of the tax departmentMentor and train other members of the tax teamEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax lawsAssist in the development and implementation of tax strategies for clientsMaintain client relationships and provide excellent customer serviceQualificationsCPA certification is requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in the field of taxationHighly proficient in the use of tax software and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong research and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and organizedBenefitsFlexible work schedulesCompetitive salariesOpportunities for advancementHolidays & paid time off401(k) salary savings with employer contributionsHealth, life, & disability insurancePaid continuing educationPaid professional dues & licensesTuition reimbursementApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
