To strengthen our team at the location Dresden, we are looking for a Deputy Head of Office (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your new role:

You act as an important contact person for our clients, providing them with support in all areas (excluding motor, credit and pension management) both by phone and in writing

You create interesting offers and ensure that insurance policies, documents, contract changes and modifications of all kinds are thoroughly checked and implemented

Your expertise also comes into play during negotiations or operational and claims processes with insurers, where you ensure smooth communication. Your presentations also contribute to effectively showcasing our services during annual meetings

As Deputy Head of Office, you are the leading figure of a dynamic team, responsible for managing and motivating your employees and providing support when needed

Your role includes designing and implementing efficient work processes
