Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in managing office operations and procedures
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Train agents on floor duty procedures and manage supply levels
  • Act as a personal assistant to the management team
  • Handle receptionist duties as needed
  • Greet and Deliver excellent customer service to agents and their clients with a smile and great attitude.

Experience:


  • Typing skills for efficient data entry
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant or in clerical roles
  • Knowledge of receptionist and phone duties
  • Excellent customer service skills

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
