Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing office operations and procedures
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Train agents on floor duty procedures and manage supply levels
- Act as a personal assistant to the management team
- Handle receptionist duties as needed
- Greet and Deliver excellent customer service to agents and their clients with a smile and great attitude.
Experience:
- Typing skills for efficient data entry
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in clerical roles
- Knowledge of receptionist and phone duties
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
