GVS is currently recruiting the following position:

Position Purpose:

Manage and maintain Microsoft environments including Windows Server, Terminal Server, Active Directory, and domain management.

Provide support for Office 365 environment, including troubleshooting and user assistance.

Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment including firewalls, routers, and switches.

Perform weekly/monthly monitoring of backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.

Set up and maintain hardware such as printers, laptops, and smartphones.

Assist with the setup and maintenance of virtualized environments, specifically VMware vSphere (knowledge of this is a plus).


Knowledge of firewall systems such as Sonicwall or Fortinet is considered advantageous.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Office 365 environments.

Strong knowledge of networking principles and equipment.

Experience with backup systems monitoring and maintenance.

Ability to set up and troubleshoot hardware devices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) is a plus.
