    We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join out team Our ideal candidate would have extensive experience in automotive or motorcycle sales and/or Sales Management experience.

    Schedule: 5 days per week, 9am-7pm, 10 hour days

    Responsibilities:

    • Buying, marketing, and selling motorcycles, ATV's, Snowmobiles, etc.
    • Working closely with the owner on Management responsibilities
    • Greeting customers when they enter the store
    • Assisting customers with demo rides and trying on accessories
    • Closing deals in your department
    • Cross-sell other goods and services offered, warranties, and dealership loans
    • Conducting road tests and pre-delivery inspection.


    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in automotive, powersport, or motorcycle sales
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus
    • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
    • Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn
    • Willingness to teach and train less experience Sales Representatives
    • Passionate about our brands
    • Have an interest in learning more about sales and our products and services
    • Excellent closing skills
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
    • Interested in career development and willing to attend professional development training
