- POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities of the District in a safe and efficient manner.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Cleans district buildings and facilities.
- Maintains appearance and safety of grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness in classrooms.
- Performs minor maintenance tasks.
- Ensures building security.
- Maintains and cares for work equipment and areas.
- Loads/unloads supplies/equipment and moves furniture.
- Sets up, cleans, and maintains cafeteria.
- Performs tasks as assigned.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Three years of maintenance/custodial work experience preferred.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to lift weight.
- Ability to interact professionally with staff and community.
- HOURS: Full year position, 40 hours per week, 2:30pm - 11:00pm daily.
- SALARY: $13.90-$14.95 per hour dependent on education/experience.
- BENEFITS: Eligibility based on hours worked.
