    Job Description

    Production and business support assistant to be responsible for managing each step of the paperwork and data entry for purchases and incoming orders, overseeing shipping arrangements and paperwork, answering the phone and responding to email communications, and assisting management where needed.

    Limited bookkeeping duties will include maintenance of AR and AP processes only. Participation in cross-departmental tasks will be necessary at times.

    Ideal candidate will have some previous experience in the activities described above and in a manufacturing environment


    Requirements:
    high school diploma (minimum), excellent communication skills, appropriate math skills, ability to work both individually AND as part of a team, strong ability to learn, comfort with company operating software and Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel)


    Characteristics:
    efficient, organized, confident and driven to help the company improve processes and procedures.

    Hours:
    M-R, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Fri, 7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
