Participatory management

Maintaining SVP's calendar and engagements
Schedule meetings on behalf of SVP, send out agenda and other pre-work materials as needed to participants.
Provide support with maintaining files and managing email correspondence.
Undertake the designated administrative duties such as booking of rooms and venues for meetings and arrange catering as needed.
Gather expenses and file expense reports using Concur expense management system.
Make travel plans and provide necessary support to schedule flights, hotels, etc.
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Maintain TC's internal communication site, The Corner.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory of the Corporate Chicago office.
Involved in emergency response planning for Chicago office
Provide a high level of professional and confidential support.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Travel up to 10% for meetings, as needed.

High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least three years of related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word with the ability to learn new or updated software.
