This role involves data analysis, process improvement, and strategic planning to ensure that our operation runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and in alignment with our business goals.
The Sales Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive continuous operational enhancements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESData Analysis:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational decisions.
Reporting and Metrics:
Create, maintain, and present reports and dashboards that communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Forecasting:
Utilize historical data and statistical models to forecast future demands.
Design, build, and implement predictive models.
Daily interactions with our finance team and other portfolio companies.
Ability to work in high paced sales environment.
Ability to translate sales data into easy-to-understand presentations that are customer facing.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree; 2-4 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination.
Understanding of various web-based platforms (Smartsheet, Trello, Domo etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience in working with LLM's (BERT, GPT, etc.) .
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess the legal right to work in the United States.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, able to work effectively with others.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
