Our clients come from the industrial sectors of automotive engineering, medical technology, aerospace, molds, and toolmaking.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Hardening Specialist / Plant Operator (m/f/d) for our location in Witten Herbede with immediate effect.

Your tasks:

  • Operation of stateoftheart hardening systems (e.g. nitriding furnaces, vacuum hardening systems, lowpressure carburizing line)
  • Continuous process development in coordination with the management
  • Ensuring and improving the quality of heat treatments
  • Preparation, securing, and monitoring of operational processes / production processes
  • Independent process control of complex components and systems
  • Basic analysis of loading and component influence on process stability, as well as creating work instructions

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a materials tester (m/f/d) with a focus on heat treatment or a comparable qualification in the metal sector
  • Professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility
  • Indepth knowledge of heat treatment of metallic materials
  • Reliability, teamwork, and commitment
