Building Services Dispatcher (m/f/d):

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing the assignments of our employees, as well as being their main point of contact.

With your expertise, you will assemble efficient teams from employees in various areas of our property services, such as cleaning and gardening.

You will also conduct feedback and development discussions with your team and train new employees. For new properties, you will create structured calculations and identify opportunities for cost minimization.
