Description

• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work; Highly motivated, Organized, and Team Player
• Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Proficient in accrual and cash basis of accounting
• Performing reconciliations for bank and general ledgers, as well as payroll processing
• Ensuring correct and punctual monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Assembling the trial balance and financial statements, including balance sheet and income and cash flow statements
• Preparing depreciation schedules
• 3+ years of experience in the bookkeeping field
• Proficiency with Excel, and accounting software such as Creative Solutions and/or Quickbooks

• Comparable diploma with an AA degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• Fluent in English; Chinese speaking preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer
