Our Maintenance Technicians play a key role in keeping our residents comfortable and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our community. It is essential that the Maintenance Technician portray a professional, courteous, "We Care" attitude.

Primary duties include

Resident service order requests
Vacant apartment maintenance
Inspection/repair of building lights & timers
Appliance installation

Qualifications

HVAC certification preferred
Available for night/weekend calls
Plumbing/Drywall/Appliance/Electrical experience
Minor roofing repair
Ability to lift pounds
Reliable transportation
