    Job Title: General Manager - Corrugated Box Packaging Facility, GA

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead overall performance and profitability of the GA-based corrugated box packaging manufacturing facility.
    • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
    • Implement business strategies aligning with company goals and vision.
    • Foster a high-performance team culture and drive organizational change initiatives.
    • Spearhead continuous improvement aligned with strategic direction.
    • Develop partnerships for facility growth and manage key commercial relationships.
    • Enhance production efficiency to meet divisional goals.
    • Collaborate across departments (Sales, Logistics, Production, Safety, and Quality) for optimal customer service.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's in Business or Engineering preferred.
    • 7+ years in management, with 5+ years in operations/production in the relevant industry.
    • Proven financial management skills.
    • Track record of effective team leadership and transformational change.
    • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
    • Capacity to quickly adapt to new challenges and information.
