Responsibilities:

  • Communication with our clients and partners
  • Processing of tenders and offers
  • Coordination of planning and execution
  • Resultsoriented management and leadership of our demanding construction and restoration projects
  • Measurement and billing

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have a degree in civil engineering, a comparable technical or master's degree
  • You work with dedication and independently
  • High social competence and negotiation skills in dealing with clients and partners
  • Knowledge of VOB and contract management
  • Proficient in MS Office and billing programs
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in dealing with monument preservation issues
