Our client in Philadelphia, PA is searching for a talented and motivated Project Manager with agency experience to join their team.


Responsibilities:

Lead the Full Project Lifecycle:Oversee all stages of client projects, from initial request to final delivery, managing internal and external resources effectively.

Project Evaluation & Planning:Assess new project requests, gather key details, recommend optimal approaches, and establish comprehensive project scopes, budgets, and timelines. Forecast resourcing needs and collaborate with leadership to ensure adequate staffing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Orchestrate project execution across diverse teams (internal and external creative partners) to deliver on all project deliverables and meet deadlines consistently.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:Manage project communications, including regular status updates for stakeholders, ensuring team actions remain aligned and meet deadlines daily. Lead and facilitate team and vendor meetings to review progress and address any issues.

Risk Management & Approvals:Proactively identify potential risks and develop solutions, utilizing sound judgment to escalate issues when necessary. Ensure final deliverables meet all approved specifications and digital distribution platform requirements (if applicable).

Project Tracking & Improvement:Track and maintain project details through internal work management tools, including managing scope changes. Continuously seek opportunities to improve client/campaign processes and workflows.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of agency experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of working with creative, production, client service, and client teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid grasp of core agency disciplines including account management, finance, strategy, creative, digital development, and print/broadcast production.
  • Indepth knowledge of fundamental project management processes, workflows, and terminology.
  • Proven project management, time management, and traffic management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining focus and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to remain calm and composed under pressure while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Experience in healthcare and/or direct response marketing a plus.
