Client Relations Associates lead our team in engagement, discovery, and sales solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service.

Responsibilities of the Client Relations Associate Position:

• Develop relationships with each client, and maintain them throughout the sales and business development process to grow our client base
• Ensure proper customer satisfaction by following up with confirmations and connections with service professionals
• Consult with new and existing customers on products, pricing, and the finalizing of the sales process, if necessary
• Aid in the development of marketing campaigns through assessing sales opportunities in the field, building direct demographic knowledge, and collaborating with client executives
• Attend training sessions and meetings with other Client Relations Associates and members of management to build an understanding of client protocols, goals, market preferences, and entrylevel expectations
• Maintain spotless recordkeeping of each customer using our CRM and sales software

What we look for in our next Client Relations Associate:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• A Bachelor's degree or 12 years of experience in a customer service, retail, sales, management, hospitality, marketing, or a client relations role is preferred
• Strong work ethic and dedication to "the customer comes first"
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to take on multiple tasks
• A desire to work with other Client Relations Associates, sales team members, and management in a highenergy and positive team environment

Pay:
$42, $48,000.00 per year
