If you have a passion for the legal industry, and can type at least 75 Words Per Minute, have a bachelors degree, we want you to join our internationally renowned, small litigation law firm as a Paralegal / Administrative Assistant.

We have a friendly office where we treat our employees like family.

We are currently hybrid, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday usually remotely. Our office hours are 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Applicants who have no legal experience, but SUPERIOR ACADEMICS are advised to apply.


Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Paralegal / Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Wordprocessing, proofreading and formatting in Microsoft Word.
  • Preparing court documents.
  • E-Filing through ECF and PACER.
  • Preparing exhibits for court cases.
  • Intermediate research skills (Westlaw and open source).
  • Organize and archive incoming files into case management folders.
  • Coordinating with experts.
  • Maintaining court calendars.
  • Updating website (ad hoc).
  • Making travel arrangements (ad hoc).
  • Managing technical issues.
  • Coordinating with outside vendors.
  • Social media and event planning.
  • Able to comfortably type at least 75 Words Per Minute.

Pay:
$65, $85,000.00 per year
