We are looking for a permanent full-time or part-time technical employee (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. The University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich is firmly established in the national and international research landscape. The Institute for Jet Propulsion is a recognized partner of international aircraft engine and turbine manufacturers and has excellently equipped test stands for use in research and teaching. These include two large-scale facilities, the high-speed grid wind tunnel and the engine test facility. We are looking for a person to support the diverse and varied prototype production for the extensive and demanding test operations of the institute through independent and high-quality work in the mechanical workshop, and who is also able to contribute to the technical matters of the institute.Your tasks:

Manufacturing of test specimens, prototypes, and measuring probes for the research work of the institute

Programming of milling programs and operation of CNC-controlled milling machines as well as mechanical processing machines of the institute for the production of prototypes/special parts for test setups
