Summary of Position

  • The Assistant, Production & Development will support the Senior Vice President, Production and Development for the Motion Picture group. This position requires a talented individual who will handle a variety of administrative duties in support of daily operations in production and development area.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendar, and scheduling
  • Answering and rolling calls
  • Data entry, filing and tracking of all incoming and existing creative/administrative documents
  • Expense reports and travel arrangements
  • Compile lists and pitch grids
  • Complete and submit expense reports
  • Log and review incoming creative submissions

Compensation
- $43,000 - $45,000
