Part Time Property Maintenance - Clermont, United States - Sterling Event Venue

Description

OBJECTIVE

It is the responsibility of the property maintenance personnel to ensure that the grounds and facility are in great working order for clients and for events.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, kind, hardworking, and willing to ask questions if they don't know something.

Knowledge of landscaping equipment preferred.


Core responsibilities:
- weedeat fenceline as needed

• Blow off property including parking lot, sidewalks, porches, and ceremony site
• Pick up trash as needed after events
• On event days make sure property is ready for guest arrival
• Other tasks may be assigned as needed

- schedule will be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7am-11am

Potential for more hours during the week to be discussed during interview process

Pay:
$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week


Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Morning shift
