Crucible 'ViaNobis - Senior Assistance' is a facility of Katharina Kasper ViaNobis GmbH.

We are currently seeking Alltagsbegleiter (daily companions) and Betreuungsassistent (care assistants) (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Mönchengladbach as part of our Michael residential area, with a full-time employment of 100%.

Implementing the concept of daily companionship for our residents

Engaging residents based on their individual resources

Promoting residents' independence and facilitating their internal and external contacts

Accompanying and caring for residents in collaboration with the nursing and social services team
