Your tasks:

  • Support the construction and maintenance department in reorganizing recurring maintenance and repairs
  • Creation of a maintenance calendar
  • Database research
  • Participation in contract awards

Your qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled student, preferably in a relevant field of study (e.g. engineering, architecture, construction and real estate management)
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Proficient in using computers
  • Reliability and ability to independently complete assigned tasks
