As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

Job DescriptionCleans rooms and inspects, halls in commercial establishments such as Hotels and Timeshare and restaurants, by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
Must achieve a productivity of 12 credits per day. Credits are assigned based on size and type of serviceStrip units and remove all trashClean units including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decksBathrooms

Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushesBedrooms Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linenReport damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linensConsistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established by the resortEnsures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established proceduresImmediately reports Lost & Found items following established proceduresWork in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessaryEnsure all inventory is in each unitReplenishes houseware supplies as needed Washes walls, ceiling, and woodworkCleans entire unit inside and outsideEmpties wastebaskets and cleans ashtraysAssists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their areaOther duties may be assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
