Secureone Security Services is currently recruiting Special Response Officers to join our Field Operations in Tempe, Arizona.

Starting Pay:

$20.50

POSITION OVERVIEW
Special Response Officers are trained at all sites in their assigned regions.

Typical working hours for Special Response Hours are either from or Special Response Officers
MUST have open availability primarily evenings and overnights.

Special Response Officers typically work (3) dedicated days, (2) on-call days, and have (2) days off a week.

On-Call days require the Special Response Officer to be available either from for day shifts or from for shifts typically needing to be filled in the evening or nights depending on what the SRO is schedule for that week.

Typical duties of the Special Response Officer include:

Fill in openings in the schedule (sometimes last minute) due to vacation, call outs/NCNS, and additional services.
Ability to create detailed, professional, and proactive reports for our clients utilizing our electronic guard reporting software. (No Paper Reports)
Deliver a "Gold Standard" level of customer service and commitment based of SecureOne core values.
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards while upholding the integrity of our clients and Secureone.
Be flexible to work extra shifts and overtime as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SPECIAL RESPONSE OFFICER

At least 21 years old.
Must obtain, by the first day of work, required security licenses (we can provide assistance with this if needed)
High school diploma or equivalent
Legal right to work in the United States
Ability to pass an indepth criminal background check and drug screening
Ability to effectively speak, read, and write in English
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Valid phone number and working cell phone
Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English
Physical ability to stand, walk, or enter/exit a vehicle the majority of your shift
