_ROLE DESCRIPTION_
_ Responsibilities_
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like lead generation campaigns, PPC, social media, content creation, content curation, events, and publicity
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to develop and identify target audiences and define strategies and tactical plans to engage them
- Work closely with our key marketing partners on all marketing/creative briefs, ensuring that the assets and messaging are consistent across all customer touchpoints, engage the target audience and drive resp
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Develop marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Develop and maintain clear dashboards/reports that summarize campaign performance across the predetermined KPIs/metrics:
- Monitor and share topline numbers with the Marketing Director;
- Measure and manage campaign costs, efficiencies and ROI;
- Analyze and identify optimization recommendations to drive improved performance;
- Provide onsite event support for key events
_ Qualifications_
- Demonstrate experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of and experience with using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Social Media ad management tools
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Content marketing experience preferred
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
