Description
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service. Service may include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the Sales Producer directly to establish goals
- Assist sales team with with data entry into PL Rater and QQ Catalyst.
- Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members.
- Lead client correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each and every day.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in cold calling and marketing is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
