We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for our client's call center in Bremen.

Job Description:

  • Assisting customers over the phone
  • Documenting customer inquiries
  • Conducting inbound and outbound calls
  • Entering customer data into an online portal

Requirements:

  • Excellent German language skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Flexibility to work between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday
