- Implementing scheduling, resource planning, and milestone planning for development projects in the technical field in collaboration with project managers and design departments
- Coordinating, conducting, and tracking development projects in a multi-project environment
- Forecasting resource needs and planning available internal and required external capacities
- Tracking master data and collecting basic loads in close cooperation with specialist departments
- Transparently presenting resource bottlenecks and developing planning scenarios
- Generating target/actual comparisons and regularly reporting to development management and project and resource managers
- Methodically and procedurally developing scheduling and resource planning in coordination with other Liebherr companies
Your Profile. What You Bring
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in project planning and coordination of development projects in mechanical engineering
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMI, IPMA) desirable
- Ideally experience in implementing scheduling and resource planning in a development department
- Knowledge of MS Project advantageous
- Presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Structured work style and interdisciplinary
