- Handles guest problems and complaints.

As a Seasonal Pool Supervisor, you will work at our incredible 9 th floor outdoor pool with amazing downtown views, greeting guests and recommending and serving our finest food and beverage creations while providing 5-star service and creating an unforgettable experience.
This role will improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
