This position is to be filled as soon as possible in full-time and permanent employment. The weekly working hours are an average of 37.5 hours per week (163 hours per month). They are spread over 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday, in early, mid, and late shifts.

You will be available for our customers on 3 Saturdays per month.

You enjoy working in a lively, futureoriented retail environment: Customers are your focus. Your passion is to create a positive shopping experience for them.
You have several years of professional experience in the service sector, ideally with a focus on complaints and shopping experience, and already have some leadership experience.
You are characterized by a strong customer service orientation and business acumen.
As a communicative person, you value dialogue and transparency you enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are eager to learn and open to new situations or changes.
You are organized and love to optimize structures and work processes in your area of responsibility and implement improvement opportunities within the team.
You are open and proactive in approaching people and can convince and inspire them.
You can confidently and clearly communicate in both German and English.
