  • We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) for Legal Affairs / Deputy Head of Human Resources
  • Pay grade 13 TV-L Berlin universities
- with 72.34% (28.5 hours per week) of the regular weekly working hours

Job Description:


  • Handling legal issues related to daytoday personnel operations and functioning as team leader (currently 3 HR officers)
  • Preparing participation documents for employee representatives and coordinating participation procedures; preparing and accompanying negotiations with employee representatives
  • Designing and implementing principles, guidelines, and collective agreements for personnel management areas
  • Handling labor law cases and processing applications for social security assessments of contract and freelance agreements
  • Taking on project tasks for the further development of personnel processes, including the introduction of an electronic personnel file or other digital forms
