Looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Dispatch Desk at a flight school.

This position is the first interaction for new and returning customers, and serves a the key central communications hub for all departments - maintenance, operations, and administration.

We are a medium sized business, looking for dependability and good personality fit. Customer Service background a must, and Aviation experience preferred.


Responsibilities to include:

  • Meet and greet customers
  • Answer phones, route calls, make reservations
  • Oversee fleet location coordinating with maintenance team
  • Dispatch aircraft to students and renters
  • Checkin flights and invoice customers
  • Inventory/sell retail pilot supply items

Skills necessary are:
PC, Microsoft Office


Job Types:

From $18.00 per hour
