Summary:

Looking for Data base manager who is not afraid of the phones We have 20,000 leads (3000 opening listing alerts).

We need to convert them to buyers/sellers and set appointments

Responsibilities:

MUST BE ABLE TO CALL AND SET APPOINTMENTS from inbound and outbound leads sources.
Assist as needed in creating and refining the systems of other departments, including but not limited to customer service, lead generation, agent recruiting, and tracking.
Keep the team leaders informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and trainings.
Become familiar with PLACE Technology.

Qualifications:

2+ years' operations experience
Strong organizational skills and pays strict attention to details
Proactive servant leader who is willing to do whatever it takes
Skilled at protecting time and resources of leaders and team members
Exemplifies a team player who demonstrates extreme ownership
Strong positive and direct written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem solver who can follow existing processes and create new ones
Experience with Google Apps for Business
