    MMC Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the San Antonio, TX area Immediate HIRE

    THIS IS A Onsite Position located in San Antonio, TX

    Job Title: Customer Service Representative
    Location: San Antonio, TX
    Pay: $15-$16.50/HR
    (There is a shift differential of $1.50 per hour Monday through Sunday 6 pm – 6 am; $1.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday 6 am – 6pm.)
    Schedule: TBD

    Job Description and Responsibilities:
    The customer service representative responds to customer inquiries and maintains customer accounts according to specific guidelines and procedures. Communicates with the public in person, by telephone, by email or regular correspondence, by fax, or over the Internet.

    • Support customers with their debit accounts
    • Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
    • Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries.
    • Provide troubleshooting assistance to customers
    • Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.
    • Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers.
    • Recommend products that best suit the customer.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents
