Description

We are looking for an experienced litigation paralegal with at least three - four years' experience being involved in trials and contested hearings, and experience in business and commercial litigation cases.

We have a significant Federal Court practice and have many cases that are arbitrated by the AAA, and we expect our paralegals to be familiar (or become familiar) with the rules in those forums

Must have experience in filing in federal (Pacer) and State Courts.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$70, $90,000.00 per year
