It's pretty simple:
without clients, you have no income. No income means no business. Which is why you have to shift your focus. In other words, if the fish aren't biting, go where the fish are

Finding clients, can be a challenge even for agents with years in the business.

New agents, especially, will find it a challenge to find clients. Lack of experience makes new agents less attractive to homeowners seeking to retire comfortably and profit from the sale of their home, and homebuyers seeking assistance of a professional to guide them through one of the biggest transactions in their lifetime

This position does require an
active Real Estate License. You MUST be currently Licensed or Willing to Obtain your
Virginia,
Maryland, or
DC Real Estate License.

Up to $161,961.00 per year
