- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire communication.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, background checks, and drug screenings.
- Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Communicate HR programs and ensure timely completion of employee assessments.
- Assist in training and development activities.
- Collaborate with different teams to support organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.
- Handle benefits administration, such as resolving claims, updating information, and communicating benefits to employees.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience.
- At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese is a must.
- Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations.
- Experience in employee relations.
- ADP Workforce experience is a bonus.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels.
