HERE YOU WILL WORK:

For our client, a family-owned and globally operating company in shipbuilding, we are looking for an employee in the field of financial accounting for the Bremerhaven location as part of a direct placement.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

In the finance department, you will process bank, cash, asset, accounts receivable, and accounts payable transactions, as well as maintain fixed asset accounting.
You will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling accounts, monitoring and managing statistical reports, and all relevant tax filings.
You will handle domestic and international payments, monitor incoming payments, track invoices until completion, and manage the dunning process.
Additionally, you will independently prepare the monthly financial statements and perform preparatory tasks for the annual financial statements.
Finally, you will maintain and reconcile asset and fixed asset accounts and perform plausibility checks when creating budget comparisons.
