What to expect during your training as a Packmitteltechnologe (m/w/d) at Sylvan Hills

As a Packmitteltechnologe, you will design packaging and displays on the computer. Then you will plan and oversee the production on our modern machines until the final product is completed.

Packmitteltechnologen have an extremely versatile job at the heart of our company. Our packaging is more than just cardboard: it protects and showcases our customers' products. This requires your creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.

In packaging development, you will use CAD planning (Computer-Aided Design) to develop new packaging while considering customer requirements, production costs, and sustainability. Then you will create samples to convince the customer. And if they are well received, it's time for the technical work. You will plan production, set up the machines, and oversee production until the final product is ready for mass production.
