As an Entry Level Client Relations Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers and clients, offering expert guidance on the products and services offered on behalf of our clients.


Your role as an Entry Level Client Relations Associate is instrumental in providing customers with a white-glove experience that fosters lasting relationships, resolves issues promptly, and elevates trust and satisfaction in our client's offerings.

Daily Responsibilities of an Entry Level Client Relations Associate:

  • Thoroughly prepare for customer and client inquiries and focus on closing sales by staying up-to-date with our client's products, services, and the latest promotional offerings.
  • Tailor your interactions to each client's unique requirements, offering indepth product knowledge.
  • Take full ownership of client issues and see them through to resolution.
  • Ensure clients fully understand the solution and offer additional education when needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with individuals and teams to ensure customer success and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Work closely with the Managers to set clear goals and missionfocused strategies.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of customer support procedures, company policies, and overall standards.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer service records, providing this data daily to the Client Manager.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for an Entry Level Client Relations Associate:

  • Profound knowledge of our client's product offerings, promotions, and our company's sales tactics and services.
  • Outstanding customer service skills that consistently enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit effective interpersonal skills and sensitivity in interactions, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adaptability to work independently or collaboratively depending on the client and the product offerings.
  • Ideally, possess at least one year of prior customer service experience to immediately contribute to the firm's success.
