Job Summary:
This on-site/in-building position is responsible for assisting with general maintenance projects in our 200,000 sq ft facility located in Augusta, Maine and will directly report to our Facilities Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance, service and repair to our refrigeration system, HVAC, Dock Doors, Loading Plates and Material Handling EquipmentAssists with general construction, plumbing, electrical and painting projectsResponsible for maintaining a safe work environmentMust be proficient with Computers, ability to read blueprints and have basic math skillsAble to respond to off hours emergencies when necessaryRequired Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
6-12 months maintenance experience
Mechanically inclined to fix dock plates, garage doors, pallet jacks and operate industrial tools
Ability to do general carpentry repairs and painting of walls, ceilings, flooring, etc.
Computer skills to work with PO's, work orders, read blueprints and process flowsPreferred Qualifications
1 year+ maintenance experience
Electrical experience
Safety background/OSHA specific training
HVAC experience
Welding experience
