Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document vehicle damage accurately using industry standards
  • Create detailed repair estimates for customers and insurance providers
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and insurance adjusters
  • Coordinate with the body shop team for timely repairs
  • Keep organized records of estimates and customer interactions
  • Ensure a clean work environment
  • Stay updated on industry trends and vehicle technologies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Body Shop Estimator or similar role
  • Proficiency in software programs for estimating repairs
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
