About Pigeon:

Pigeon is a Y Combinator backed startup (Winter 2023) enabling businesses and professionals to securely collect information from their clients in an easy and intuitive manner. We provide an end-to-end document transfer solution that streamlines the document transfer workflow for businesses in every industry.

Team:

We are a team of 4 who previously worked at Google, Deloitte and Kirkland and Ellis.

Funding Status:

We closed a $3.5M Seed round that will enable us to scale our team and provide 3+ years of runway. Prior to this, we received Pre-Seed funding from Y Combinator as part of the Winter 2023 batch.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented, motivated and self-starting backend/full-stack engineer to join the Pigeon team. You will be a core part of the team, helping to shape our stack, processes and culture. Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a full stack or backend developer
Experience with REST API development
Able to work in a fast paced early startup environment
Able to take full ownership of projects including scoping, system design, implementation, QA, deployment, and maintenance
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

Prior startup and/or SaaS experience
Experience with encryption and transfer of data
Experience with any part our stack
