    *Join Our Team as a Loan Originator


    Are you ready to take your career in finance to the next level? We're searching for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Loan Originator.

    In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).
    • Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    *Job Responsibilities:


    • Generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential borrowers.
    • Evaluate loan applications and gather necessary documentation.
    • Advise clients on available loan products and assist them in selecting the best options for their needs.
    • Work closely with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of loans.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process and beyond.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends.
