We are growing fast and are excited to welcome an experienced RAIL Certified pool repair technician to our team We are located in 78704.

This position is paid weekly; salary is based on experience and starts at $60,000 per year. + bonuses. We also offer paid time off, cell phone reimbursement, paid holidays, and bonuses for customer compliments.


You will be provided with:

a company truck, allowance to use your phone, equipment, and use of a company card for gas and chemical purchases.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose issues with customer's pool equipment (pump, filters, heaters, lights, plumbing, spa)
• Install new variable speed pumps (Jandy, Pentair, Hayward)
• Upgrade automation panel (Iaqualink, Screenlogic)
• Install new automation panel
• Repair and install new heaters (Pentair Mastertemp, Jandy JXI)
• Repair plumbing (valves, flappers, PVC pipe)
• Install new filters (cartridge, DE, sand)
• Replace media in sand filters
• Replace LED and incandescent lights
• Clean Filters
• Clean Salt Cell
• Record work performed
• Make decisions on when to escalate pool issues to management

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Able to pass a preemployment background check.
• Must maintain an active Driver's License and be insurable.
• Pool experience mandatory.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• RAIL License mandatory.
• Ability to work outdoors during all seasons.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload.
• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with coworkers.
• Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods of time.

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
