To support our team, we are currently seeking a
Pedagogical or Nursing Specialist as a Night Watch (m/f/d) for our residential groups for adults with mild intellectual disabilities.


Your responsibilities:


You will be responsible for the night watch at our facility, which includes four residential groups in three houses, from 9:30 pm to 6 am.

After that, there is a morning shift until 8 am, as agreed upon. During this time, you will complete written tasks, ensure that residents are resting, and administer medication.

In some cases, a resident may require assistance during the night, and you will follow their individual support plan and information from their respective residential group.

Communication with the various residential group staff is an essential part of the job.


Your profile:


  • Education as a pedagogical or nursing specialist
  • Ability to handle stress
  • Independent work ethic with strong teamwork skills
  • Previous experience working with people with disabilities is desirable
