    Summary


    The Integrations Analyst is a critical role in ensuring that we efficiently and effectively manage system-to-system and manual-to-system data integrations within our core platforms.


    In this role you will serve as an analyst and SME for integrations with key customers/vendors and external platforms with a focus on the implementation and ongoing support of three key areas: EDI/FTP integrations, web services/API integrations, and automation of current manual inbound data submissions.

    Development in these areas will be needed at times.


    Your key responsibilities will include:
    Delivery of Functional and Technical design documents across various logistical driven processes and teams

    Effectively communicate designs and solutions in multiple forums and to various audiences in order to relate technical solutions and business initiatives.

    Manage third-party integration relationships to ensure quality driven value

    Manage and maintain integration mappings and processes, including testing and troubleshooting in middleware tools, azure app services and various technical landscapes.

    Collaborate with data services and operations teams to propose solutions, reduce and/or mitigate integration data errors
    Design, develop and maintain middleware business processes including process orchestrations
    Implement various EDI based transactions including customer onboarding, file or API integrations and logistical technical interactions.
    Work with IT and Business Intelligence team members to establish effective process monitoring and reporting in order to meet and maintain integration and data quality SLAs
    Must be comfortable in an external-facing role, representing EDRAY in customer onboarding and/or third party integration project discussions
    Implement and design web API security standards such as OAuth, mutual authentication, basic authentication etc.
    Design and implement various B2B solutions across various channels


    Required Skills/Experience:
    Working knowledge of the following file types: EDI X12, JSON, XML
    3+ years technical EDI development (onboarding, mapping, testing in a direct-connected environment)
    2+ years business analysis experience in API web services, web application integrations
    2+ years Azure web/app services experience (configuring, integrating, governing)


    Helpful additional Skills/Experience:
    Ability to function as project manager for integration development and new onboarding projects
    Experience in trucking, ocean carrier/port operations, distribution, or other logistics/transportation industry
    Ability to develop and/or support .NET applications supporting EDI, API, and other integration processes
    Experience in developing .net (c#) framework or java (1.8 or better) a plus
    Ability to write SQL scripts in support of data analysis and reporting efforts
    Experience with Dell Boomi or other enterprise middleware tool
    Experience in Azure Dev ops
    Experience with Agile project management lifecycle and SCRUM a plus
