- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand revenue within the existing client base through cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
- A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

The Position
The Enterprise Sales Director role is based in the US, specifically Seattle, Denver or New York. We're seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and collaborative individual focused on selling to digital publishers, broadcasters, and retail media organizations. This isn't your typical tactical software sales role; you'll sell strategic business outcomes through long-term, high-growth engagements. Experience managing large accounts and closing deals in the media, retail, telecommunications, and/or e-commerce/retail industries is a plus.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. The expected OTE range for this role in the selected city: New York, NY - $275,000 - $350,000 USD. The base salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
