This role is responsible for the supporting the benefits team through management and delivery of digital analytics.

This position helps with all facets of reporting, auditing, and data integrity to ensure our benefits are market competitive and programs are data driven.

Measures and analyzes financial effectiveness of plans and programs; develops funding and expense projections.


Position Compensation Range:
$67, $111,000.00

Primary Accountabilities

  • Takes ownership of initiative analysis and delivers that information companywide to provide transparency into digital performance.
  • Manages and operates a wide variety of analytical programs.
  • Lead the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms.
  • Supports and executes the analytical needs of throughout the enterprise.
  • Assist in the development of sales plans, reforecast and expense budgets as requested.
  • Processes, manipulates, and investigates large and complex datasets.
  • Explores data to identify new attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.
  • Develops tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customerdriven solutions, support or service
  • Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports
  • Understanding of software tools to query and report data
